the three sisters weekend scultures by the sea

the three sisters at sculture by the sea

This Sculpture was at the 2011 Sculpture by the Sea , a free art exhibition on the cliff walk between Bondi and Bronte in Sydney, was one of my favourites.  It was also probably the most apt, as I spent

this weekend with my three sisters………so this is currently our Scuplture ………………………………

Friday night dinner, with the girls at home. Poached chicken salad with noodles, herbs and baby corn and coconut dressing.

Celebrate with someone you love before the tide changes everything

Real life and Art ………………..

Lunch at Chapter One Coffee and Wine Room, Bondi

On to dinner at Yen For Viet Marrickville….now closed ):

A bowl of Pho soup

What else to do in Marrickville…..? Camelot Lounge, of course  where we had lots of fun listening to music….. and checking out the interesting decore

Sunday, we gorged ourselves on delicious pies at “The Pie Tin’ in Newtown

A brownie and a hot chocolate, prooved to be a little too much for atleast one of us on a visit to Black Star Pastry       Newtown….

Lunch at Luxe Bakery , Newtown on Monday was really good and worth a stop.

No matter how twisted life gets, it will always be smooth sailing if you have sisters and friends. If only there was more time to spend with them, having a laugh and being yourself.

Have a great week……………………………( I’m going to eat less next week)

Oh yes the pies at The Pie Tin, cakes at Black Star and the bread at Luxe are three of my favourite Newtown haunts! I hope I get to see the Sculpture of the Sea this year too!

Yen for Viet is highly recommended, food is very good. The only problem is the noise level in that room, it is almost unbearable.

Great pics – I loved those sculptures too. I thought the Zebras were made for Robin. The cake you made for Denise is spectacular – heard she got a bargain.

Alto weekend? Pics anytime soon. Hope you’re enjoying your new job. Miss you lots. xxx
